NEET UG 2024 Latest News Today: Supreme Court Refuses to Order Re-Test 2024

NEET UG 2024 Latest News 23 July : No Re Test UG 2024
On Monday, July 23, CJI Dhananjaya Y. Chandrachud along with Justice JB Pardiwala and Manoj Mishra decided that the NEET exam will not be cancelled. SC has rejected all the petitions regarding re NEET and also said that there is no concrete evidence yet.
Which can prove that there was any compromise with the results of the exam or there was any violation with the integrity of the exam.
IIT Delhi’s Report: Confirms Option 4 as the Correct
The Supreme Court’s direction on NEET came after the report sent to IIT Delhi came out. In which it was revealed that in the meeting led by Director Prof. Banerjee, it was proved that option 4 is the correct answer.
The IIT Delhi report confirmed this statement and explained it correctly.
“Atoms are electrically neutral because they have the same number of positive and negative charges” is correct,
while the option “atoms of each element are stable and emit their own specific spectrum” was found to be wrong.
On this basis, senior Supreme Court judge DY Chandrachud declared that there was no fraud in the NEET UG 2024 exam.
NEET UG 2024: Performance Analysis and Data Release
After the Supreme Court’s rebuke, when the NTA released the centre-wise results on July 20, the confidentiality of the students was kept confidential.
It was found that the performance of students from all the centres that were affected by the paper leak case, such as Oasis School in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand and Hardayal Public School in Jhajjar, Haryana, was generally poor.
This showed that even after the paper leak and irregularities, the students who could have benefited from these issues did not perform well compared to other students.
